Top 3 Football Speed Training Myths


Oh, the myths surrounding the faster for football ... They seem to never end. Perhaps your training theories of cousins lame football speed or a weirdo told you at the gym ... but of the whole thing just seems out of whack ...

Where the hell we go so wrong when it comes to football speed training?Why is it so complicated to answer the simple question, "How do I get faster for football? if it is acceptable to get out of the hard work of football speed and replaced by the following pseudo-hard Kegel exercises and gadgets?

Football speed is about the power. How strong you are and how explosive you as a result of the entry into force, leading to faster and faster for football.
