Ferguson has until Friday to answer for FA Preston Chief that Darren Ferguson was accused of misconduct by the Football Association after defeat of championship Saturday by Burnley. The charge of misconduct was handed down after behavior of Ferguson in the tunnel to the referee Kevin Friend, after the defeat of Turf Moor 4-3.
The 38-year-old now have until Friday to respond to the decision.
Previous charge of misconduct of ex-head of Peterborough, from last season, can also be taken into account.
Following confrontation of Posh with West Brom in August 2009, Ferguson was accused of misconduct to the referee and was given a ban on Kick two-match, which was suspended until the season 2009/10.
