Etuhu pens new deal with Fulham

Dickson Etuhu in action for FulhamEtuhu joined Fulham Sunderland in 2008 Dickson Etuhu signed a three-year contract extension at Fulham.

The average 28 years had been linked with a move to join former boss Roy Hodgson at Liverpool, but it is now committed the Cottagers until 2014.

Etuhu, who scored in the 2-2 draw in Blackpool, would have been out of contract at the end of the season.

The Nigeria international joined Fulham Sunderland in August 2008 and forged a partnership successful medium with Danny Murphy.

Etuhu began his career at Manchester City and also has played to Preston and Norwich.

He was a member of team Fulham who came to Europe Cup final last season and was cast in Nigeria at the World Cup in South Africa this summer.
