UK couple are both from international squad for qualifiers opening Euro 2012 against Bulgaria and Switzerland, but have been assessed in the Club's training camp Cobham this week.
Blues Captain Terry has been with hamstring injury while vice-partly Lampard had to undergo a hernia operation after their 2-0 victory over Stoke at Stamford Bridge at the end of August.
However, they appear to recover from their obstacles quickly with Terry, which could play a role, while Lampard will be evaluated further decided whether he will make the squad to face his former club in Upton Park.
"Lampard had surgery on Tuesday and I think he will start to learn this week," he said.
"I do not know when, but we will see how trains and we will decide on the game against West Ham.
"Terry did surgery, but it uses the last week to improve his hamstring.
"It will start to be trained with the team this week, perhaps Tuesday, and I think it will have the opportunity to play against West Ham."
